Serpentine ReMix

This video was made using a processing program I put together that randomly selects parts of the 1896 short film, Serpentine Dance, by the Lumiere Brothers, as well as videos of snakes slithering and butterflies flying in slow motion.

I am seeking to draw the connection between artists and their natural inspirations. To show the contrast between the art, the artists perception of the art and then the viewers perception, and by remixing the video and mashing all three together I hope to gather yet another reaction to the artwork I have created as a response to the artwork created by someone else.
